STEER CREEK CHURCH OF CHRIST

The Steer Creek congregation is a diverse group. Though we are what some would consider small in number, our membership covers a variety of backgrounds.  We possess various levels of Biblical knowledge and spiritual development.

We don't claim to know everything, but we do know that God is the source of all truth and that truth is revealed to us in His word.  We also know that truth can make us free from the guilt and bondage of sin (John 8:32), therefore, we try to be diligent students of the word (2 Tim 2:15).

The Steer Creek Church of Christ is a relatively new congregation, having its beginning in 2005.  While we look backward to The Bible for guidance, we look to the future for occasions to serve, for opportunities to proclaim the Gospel, and for challenges to uphold and support the truth. 

We are one of the more fortunate congregations in the area as we are comprised of many children and young adults.  We are just as fortunate to have mature Christians who have the knowledge, passion, and ability to guide and mold the minds of our youth to ensure the future of Steer Creek congregation.

OUR MISSION
PROCLAIM THE GOSPEL- "Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature" (Mark 16:15).
